Privacy

What we collect

Your email and country, plus any optional information you provide (trading experience, market preferences, account size interest, would-join-paid answer). We also automatically collect your approximate location (country only), browser language, device type, referrer URL, and UTM tracking parameters from the link you arrived through.

How we use it

We use this data to (1) send you program updates by email about the planned proptrayd simulated trading challenge, (2) understand which markets, account sizes and product features waitlist members care about, (3) measure how well our marketing channels work. We do not sell, share or transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing.

Where it lives

Lead data is stored in Airtable (USA). Emails are sent via Resend (USA, EU sub-processor available). Analytics are processed by Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and X Pixel. Pixels only initialize after you accept analytics cookies (EU/UK/CH visitors). Standard contractual clauses are in place with all sub-processors.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CH FADP / CCPA)

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Email proptrayd@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep your data as long as you remain subscribed to program updates. If you don't engage with our emails for 12 months we delete your record automatically. The project itself is in research phase — if the program does not launch, the entire waitlist will be deleted within 90 days of project closure.

Essential cookies are used only for session integrity and CSRF protection. Analytics and advertising cookies require your consent (EU/UK/CH); they are off by default. You can change your preferences anytime by clicking the cookie icon in the footer.
